Welcome to Auto-Mechs: Infinite Arena. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our game and services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms
AGE REQUIREMENTS
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are located in the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent to use our services.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITIES
- You may only create one account per person
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- Account sharing or selling is prohibited
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
ACCOUNT TERMINATION
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Terminated accounts will lose access to all virtual goods and in-game progress.
2. Virtual Goods and Purchases
AVAILABLE PURCHASES
Auto-Mechs: Infinite Arena offers optional in-game purchases, including:
- Energy Battery Packs (consumable items that refill energy)
- Reactor Upgrades (permanent upgrades that increase maximum energy)
VIRTUAL CURRENCY
In-game credits can be earned through gameplay or received as bonuses with purchases. Credits have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
PURCHASE TERMS
- All purchases of digital goods are final
- Purchases are tied to your account and are non-transferable
- Virtual goods have no cash value
- We may modify virtual good values for game balance purposes
- Account termination results in forfeiture of all virtual goods
REFUND POLICY
Refunds are processed through Stripe according to their policies. No refunds are available for consumed items (e.g., used energy batteries). For mistaken purchases, please contact support within 24 hours at [email protected].
3. Intellectual Property
OUR PROPERTY
All game content, including but not limited to code, artwork, assets, game mechanics, and the "Auto-Mechs: Infinite Arena" name and branding, are owned by Bolt Automations and protected by intellectual property laws.
YOUR LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use virtual goods within the game. This is a license only; you do not own any virtual goods.
USER CONTENT
Usernames you create must not infringe on any trademarks. By creating a username, you grant us the right to display it on leaderboards and within the game.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using cheats, exploits, automation software, or hacks
- Attempting to access other users' accounts
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the game
- Selling or trading accounts or items for real money
- Harassing other players
- Exploiting bugs instead of reporting them
- Using VPNs to bypass regional restrictions
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse game systems
CONSEQUENCES
Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity. Banned accounts are not eligible for refunds.
5. Disclaimers and Limitations
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may have scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods. Features and content may change over time.
VIRTUAL GOODS
Virtual items have no real-world value. We reserve the right to rebalance items for game health and may remove items for technical reasons with notice when possible.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost game progress or unauthorized account access. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-game notice or email. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
